What types of logos can we design for your brand?

There is a world of options when it comes to logos. In some cases, these types of logos cross over to form a suite of logo styles for your brand. Many factors generally dictate the type of logo you end up with and in some cases, you might end up with a few different types.

With the large range of screens and mediums, we now need to use logos on, it’s important to ensure your logo is responsive.

A responsive logo is a term given to a primary logo that exists in several, slightly different and easily scalable.

  • A logo that consists of two or more letters that connect to form a shape.

    Think Volkswagon, Chanel.

  • A custom-designed word (usually the business name) that represents the company.

    Think Google, FedEx and Netflix.

  • It also can be called a pictorial mark. These images represent the brand's identity (or activity).

    Think Apple, Twitter or Instagram

  • These are logos that use abstract forms to visualise a company. They are often imaginative and have hidden meanings.

    Think Nike, Airbnb and Mercedes.

  • Mascot logos are generally an illustrated character that acts as a visual for the brand.

    Think Pringles, Mailchimp and KFC.

  • Also known as letter forms. They are logos that are built around one letter, usually the first letter of the company.

    Think Facebook, Pinterest and McDonalds.

  • Badge-style logos often combine words and images. They work well when a tagline is needed to add to the design.

  • Yes, I recommend you trademark your logo to keep your investment safe. You should seek legal advice about the best path for this action.

  • Yes. Once you’ve paid for your logo in full, it belongs to you. If you need details of this provided in writing, please let me know.

  • At the end of the process we provide you with a set of master asset of your logo and branding elements. These includes EPS, AI, PDF, PNG, and JPEG files types. You can use your logo across a wide range of programs and applications.

  • As with any project, it’s very hard to give a specific time frame as each client works in a different way. On average projects can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. If you need a logo quick smart, we recommend you check out Brand Launch Co.

  • I provide two concepts for a project. If we have a strong logo, we may sometimes only present one.

  • My aim is to design a logo that you’re happy with. If you are unhappy with the concepts at any time, we will get on a phone call with you to discuss what is not working and get the project back on direction.
