FAQ’s

  • Yes. Once you’ve paid for your logo design in full, it belongs to you. If you need details of this provided in writing, please let us know.

  • For all new clients, we require a 50% upfront payment for graphic design and web design services. This is payable prior to the commencement of your project. If you decide to stay on as a long-term client, then we don’t require pre-payments for each project. We also offer 7, 14 and 30-day trading terms. All projects under $500 are generally paid upfront.

  • In most cases, payment is required prior to the release of final digital files for printed products or prior to website deployment. Our terms are generally seven days unless prior arrangements have been made. For long-term, regular clients we offer 14-day terms. You can also easily make payments via EFT or credit card on our website.

  • Yes. As part of our graphic design services, we offer print management to our clients. We can take your graphic design project from concept to print delivery. We work closely with a variety of Brisbane printers and gang printers throughout Australia. We never send a print job overseas unless you request it.

  • Yes. We can organise print runs starting from 250 business cards. Generally, we only print business cards we’ve designed or updated.

  • Yes. Just let us know what you want and we can do the rest.

  • While we don’t sell hosting directly to our clients, we can help organise this. We love and recommend WPHosting (and use it for our own hosting). Not only are they based in Australia, but you speak to a real person when you ring for help. Seriously, how awesome is that? WPHosting offers a range of plans.

  • No. Images that have been cut and pasted into a Microsoft Word document are not of a high enough resolution to use in professional graphic design and print services.

  • Not at all. We work with clients all over Australia and the world. We conduct meetings via Zoom or Google Meetup.

  • If you need anything that is outside of the scope of works we have quoted on, then we will let you know about those additional costs before we get to work.

  • Hopefully we won’t run into this problems as we aim to get a full understanding of what you need when we do our briefing process. But if this does arise we will work with you to find a solution.

  • Yes, as painful as it is for you, we cannot start to build your website until you have completed all the content. We need to see how all the elements will work together in the design.

  • Nope, sorry all our projects are quoted on a per project basis. This means no surprises for you at the end.
